What pastries does it work in?
Everything from chocolate, macarons, creams to glazes. Our natural vegetable colors come in both oil-soluble and water-soluble formats:
- Oil-soluble: Ideal for fat-based recipes like chocolate, cocoa butter, ganache, creams, and pralines.
- Water-soluble: Perfect for macarons, sponge cakes, meringues, glazes, royal icing, and more.

How much to use?
Use between 0.1g and 2g of color per 100g of product, depending on the intensity you’d like to achieve.
Shake before use.
Our clean formula contains no artificial stabilizers, so natural separation may occur. Shake well to fully blend the ingredients before each use.

Because these colors are plant-based, they may appear softer or lighter than synthetic dyes. A little recipe testing may be needed to achieve your ideal result.

Each bottle is sealed with a lock-protection cap. To open: press down, then twist.
