OREDER PROCESSING

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 5-10 business days. Please note, processing times may vary during sales or new product launches. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

If you're in Canada, you should see discounted Canada Post rates upon check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you're outside Canada, you should see DHL rates listed upon check out as "Express Worldwide." International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Delivery times vary by destination country. Most international orders will be delivered within 4 and 21 business days of order fulfillment at our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada.

PREORDERS

Preorders will be shipped out in the order they are received. The estimated date for shipping will be listed in the details section of each product. Please note the dates are estimates and can be updated without notice.
