SHIPPING INFORMATION

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (food colors/merch)

Food Colors and Merch are shipped from Vancouver, Canada, with a processing time of 4–6 business days. Discounted Canada Post rates are available at checkout for all orders, with an estimated delivery of 4–21 business days depending on the destination. Tracking is included for all shipments. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer’s responsibility to cover.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (books)

Books are shipped from Vancouver, Canada, with a processing time of 2 business days. Orders to the United States are sent via USPS BPM service, Canadian orders through Canada Post Expedited Parcel, and international orders via FedEx International Economy, all with an estimated delivery of 2–7 business days. Tracking is included for all shipments. International packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer’s responsibility to cover.

PREORDERS

Preorders (PastryClass Book) will be shipped out in the order they are received. The estimated date for shipping will be listed in the details section on the product page. Please note the dates are estimates and can be updated without notice.
