Haute [ōt] Online Pastry Shop offers special insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive products such as Frozen Fruit Purées, and only Priority shipping will be available for these products.
Please ensure someone will be present to accept the expected delivery. Haute [ōt] Online Shop is not responsible for packages left outside in the heat after delivery.
Depending on when the order is received, the shipment may be delayed to prevent your order from sitting idle in a courier office. If the order is received late in the week, the shipment may be held until the following Monday.
