This is a universal powdered food color, both oil-soluble and water-soluble, designed to dissolve in a all food preparations, including chocolate, cocoa butter, glazes, macarons, fondant, caramel, sponge cakes, meringues, sugars, and more.

HOW TO USE

Highly Concentrated: Due to its high-concentration formula, only a minimal amount of colorant is needed, making it both effective and economical. The recommended usage is 0.005% - 0.05%. You may add more colorant if higher intensity shade is desired.

Application: Dissolve in a small amount of warmed liquid, incorporate into the product, and blend or mix until fully dissolved. Can be added in various ways—either pre-dissolved or directly into the product, as best suits your needs.

Storage and Shelf Life: These powdered food colors don’t "expire" in the traditional sense. When stored in a cool (5°C to 30°C), dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, they can last for years. More on care instructions.
